@RobTeeVee Your body either runs on healthy fats or sugars. Stuff like bread, pasta etc also turns to sugar in your system. You’ll feel most satiated eating healthy fats mostly. Don’t eat till 4 or 6pm and either have 1 big meal or 2 normal size. Main thing is to run in a cal deficit

@KileeSakazaki Play remnant. I suggest playing remnant 1 first. That game is so underrated and never talked about. Procedural dungeons and tile sets, secret vendors/armor/accessories, alternate bosses depending on rng, craftable boss weapons, everything upgradable definitely goated game
