@accnetwork@ACCBaseball I've noticed a definite improvement in intensity in Omaha since major league baseball moved the draft until after Omaha is finished. The draft used to take place during the super regionals and once a kid got picked, he loses his focus.
@CollegeBSBNews If we just look at pitching, Chapel Hill has used six pitchers so far in the series and Oklahoma has used 10. So that might give Chapel Hill the edge depending on how long the starters stay in the game.
@SECbaseball Ridiculous that Mississippi coach left Elliot in that long. You could tell he was faltering at the top of the fifth and he left him in almost 100 pitches and the game was 6 to 5 and Troy had all the momentum Troy's gonna win it now.
@SECbaseball I'll never understand why college coaches leave in their starting pitchers too long. You could tell in the top of the fifth that Elliot was faltering, but the coach leaves him into almost 100 pitches and all of a sudden the game is 6 to 5 and Troy is probably gonna win it now.
