@Lovandfear@Ganasudha_S When you wake up tomorrow, go to a nearest orphanage tell them it is your birthday and ask them how you can make the orphans happy. i’m on the many things. They will tell you pick one thing and do it and make sure you clearly enable the joy in them.
@mmpandit@MrVishalMore@25_shivansh@mmpandit@homam108 Today Biophysicist Douglas made a comment about brain being an antenna.
Can you both kindly share YOUR perspective from what the ancient scriptures/Rishis said about this topic? 🙏
Your brain might be tuning into intelligence – not generating it.
Biophysicist Douglas Youvan believes intelligence isn’t something the brain creates, but something it connects to. His hypothesis is that intelligence is a fundamental, non-local property of the universe – existing outside of biology, waiting to be tapped by structures complex enough to interface with it.
This idea draws from quantum theory, where certain properties of a system remain undefined until observed. Much like Schrödinger’s cat being both alive and dead until measured, Youvan suggests that intelligence exists as potential – not locked in the brain, but in an underlying “informational substrate” of the universe.
To explore this, Youvan looks at how biological and artificial systems behave. Enzymes, neurons, and even neural networks in AI often exhibit patterns that are not just reactive but predictive – suggesting they may be linking into rules or information beyond their own architecture. In particular, he notes the fractal geometry of neurons, which mirrors patterns found throughout nature, from river deltas to galaxies. These recursive structures, he argues, may be optimized to interface with information embedded in the fabric of reality.

@mmpandit Awesome work on Surya Siddhantha 🙏. I think Ramanujam figured his work was stolen, so he simply left his findings😀without proofs. I hope you know one of the largest supporters of your Mahabharat work is in Dallas - please DM if you want to have a quick chat.
@homam108@hitarth18@mmpandit As a kid, when I found a good book on geometry/trigonometry, I would hide & relish the content to my full satisfaction. For the past 2 days I was devouring @mmpandit twitter content. 🙏 to both. Please let me know when are you coming to Dallas and name of your Dallas contact.
@homam108 I’m a regular visitor to this temple. Could you please share how can I perceive the “that” you mentioned in this sentence “not many with THAT kind of energy!”?
CEOs: if you are unhappy about being unable to hire stellar people during this time, you should be. The number of awesome people actively looking is higher than it’s ever been in the past decade.
If you’re in this situation, get down to the lowest level of detail in auditing in candidate funnel. Inspect extremely closely the last 25 candidates who we reached out to. For each candidate, identify who reached out to the candidate, what the messaging and communication was to/with the candidate, and where the candidate dropped off. Aggressively attack the part of the funnel that had the greatest drop off.
If you find candidates to be unresponsive to reach-outs (that is, they never even enter the funnel) almost certainly it’s a messaging problem or the person reaching out is not the right person.
(a) Reach out yourself or have the recruiter use your LinkedIn profile or email address to reach out. Reach outs from the CEO of a company are 2x+ more likely to be replied to, compared to a recruiter. (Once you have heads of functions, have the reach out come from them). It would be ideal if you (or the functional head) can have the first conversation with the candidate, especially for passive candidates, to get them excited about the company.
(b) Ensure that your messaging is authentic and personalized. It should reflect your genuine excitement about your company as well as something unique or compelling about the candidate that makes them a great fit. Just one line about the candidate (eg “I’m particularly excited about your work on ML-based forecasting models; it’s very similar to some of the things we are thinking about here”) when added to a template email, can massively improve your response rate.
tldr You owe it to your company and yourself to dive as deep into the candidate funnel and experience as you would into your product funnel and experience.
