1. Save and sync your workout records in Apple Health app
2. Start your workouts with Charles's motivational alert
3. Finish your workouts with a colorful and informative report
Workout and dehydration run parallel to each other. While working out, you can lose water by sweating and breathing. To prevent dehydration, always drink 500-1000 ml of water 30 minutes before your jog. This will keep you hydrated and prevent fatigue.
