green juice girls also have bad days, lazy days, eating junk food days or too tired to wake up early and exercise days. it's ok ! because we need a moment to be vulnerable and human. toxic positivity can hurt a lot, embrace yourself even when you're not shiny and vibrant. 🫂🌟🤍
sorry for not being around the entire day, i have an injure on one of my shoulders and the pain today was just too much. i decided to stay in bed eating my beloved chocolate cookies and watching a k-drama. i took some pain killers and hopefully tomorrow i'll be better. 💪🏻🤍
there are awful days, plently of them. you don't have to put a smile on yourself and see everything with radiant sunshine eyes when you actually want to cry. do it ! get rid of the toxic positivity and allow yourself to have negative feelings, you are only human. it's O-K !
recovery it's a difficult path. with easy days, days that make you want to scream and cry, there's even days when you don't even want to get up. but when you keep trying despite how messy, complicated and heartbreaking it might be, you are giving yourself a chance to heal. 🫂🪄🤍
have a date with yourself. take a long bath, wear that perfume you adore, light up some candles, do your makeup, brush your hair, eat something you're craving. enjoy yourself: your body, your feelings, your ideas. enjoy being with you ! 🪄🕯️☕🤍
you don't have to push yourself to wake up at 5:00 am, workout everyday and try to squeeze as much activities as your schedule allows you too. that's not a green girl juice life, but a recipe for exhausting yourself and hurting your mind. respect your body and its limits. 🌿🧘🏻♀️🪄
my body hurts. a lot. like it's that kind of post-workout pain that doesn't feel nice and validating, but like actual death. and the worst part it's that today we have abs + butt, so if i can't lift my arms now, tomorrow i won't be able to sit down and pee. wish me luck !
⌗ reminder ! no food should be attached to guilt or remorse. you can eat anything you want with moderation, the only requirement is that you like it. so eat your pastry goodies, those donuts you adore or a piece of chocolate cake + ☕. treat yourself a bit, you deserve it.
take ten minutes of your morning and look yourself in the mirror, think about all that you've gone through and how you are here today. tell yourself: 🧘🏻♀️🪄🦋
• i am beautiful.
• i am strong.
• i am smart.
• i am deserving of good things.
• i will continue fighting for myself.
please, stop asking people uncomfy things just to make them feel very insecure. the "are you going to eat ALL that?" or "are you going to wear THAT?" are some harmful questions disguised sometimes as "concern". let everyone wear and eat what they want and how much they want ! 🤫
there's no timestamp for trauma, you don't have to let go and move on just because that's what people around you think it's healthy. take time to process your emotions, to forgive yourself or others, to lick your wounds. healing it's different for all of us and that's OK. 🦋🪄🌤️
workout you're used to perform. the body it's a creature of habits and if for example i take a lifting person and put him up to doing cardio, the performance it's not going to be good, the same with someone that only does cardio and suddenly starts lifting. it takes time ! 🧘🏻♀️🌟🤍
my brother started working out today with Caroline Girvan because i told him she has some amazing workout routines. well, he struggled a lot despite being used to exercise daily and felt bad about it. but here's a very important thing: be patient when you change the type of >
the difference between a failure and a not-quite-there-yes it's simply an "i can't". because the second you give up on yourself and set the limit so low, you are done. just 'cause you couldn't do something —today— doesn't mean that tomorrow you won't. keep. trying. 🌟🪄
today i cried in the middle of my arm workout and despite how awful that sounds, i felt amazing. i used to be in very bad shape and with my old body —and also my old mentality— that workout was a big no-no. but now i can, because bodies are incredible and they can learn !

• i will take care of myself first.
• i will not allow others to manipulate or guilt me into doing things i'm not comfortable with.
• i will not hold myself responsible for things beyond my control.
• i will voice my opinions with confidence.
