Da har jeg endelig fått laget meg en bruker på Bluesky: https://t.co/95B18sjk5c
Hvem andre finner jeg der? Har funnet noen av de jeg følger her på Twitter, men mange jeg ikke har funnet enda.
But if I don't answer, they send SMS or a new message. So I then end up answering them anyway and wasting my time... Maybe the best solution is to just formulate a generic answer I can copy/paste as a response? Or is it ok to just keep ignoring them?
Do recruiters expect you to answer inquiries?
Most of the messages I receive are very generic and they haven't even done any research on my skills or previous employments. So I just ignore them because I value my time...
When parents talk to me about gaming and screens, it’s always about fear. ‘Will they get addicted?’ they ask me. ‘I can’t control my own use, how can a child do it?’. There’s so much fear that we have no time to talk about the benefits. So here are some of the things I see. 1/
We all talk about how infinitely scrolling websites are often bad for user experience... but we never talk about how it makes the footer feel.
So I made this @CodePen to help shine a light on the footer's never-ending sorrow. 😢

Testing out Pomodoro Technique (again); and so far I like it 🍅
Previous attempts has involved some sort of an app which got in my way and made it complicated
Now I just start a timer for 25min, then a break for 5min. It really helps me focus and my #adhd 🧠 seems to enjoy it!
I used to obsess over time management, but I think what's better is working on energy management.
Sometimes I'll have time to do a thing, but I'll just be... tired after doing other tasks in the day.
Prioritizing + scheduling based on how many spoons I have has been helpful!
Now I either have to pick up the phone to see if something has happened or I will see the notifications on the phone in front of me in the timeslots where DnD is not on.
This is probably the best idea I have had in a long time! My ADHD brain gets so distracted by all kind of notifications or just red dots on apps that I see when I switch between apps forcing a time (and brain) expensive context switch back and forth.
Testing a new thing to try to reduce distractions and context switch..
I scheduled a bunch of focus times on my work iPhone with just 5 min here and there where I can receive notifications and closed all “noisy” apps on my Mac.
So I have basically scheduled distractions 😂
