🚨 BIG WIN for the Second Amendment.

A federal judge just ruled that because Congress zeroed out the NFA tax in the Big Beautiful Bill, the federal registration and approval process for suppressors and other NFA items no longer has a legal basis.

No more tax stamp.
No more waiting on ATF approval for transfers.

Dealers are still waiting on clear guidance, and the government has time to appeal, but the principle is clear:

When the tax goes away, the regulatory scheme that depended on it collapses.

Our cases with Grant and Viramontes were granted cert today (meaning they will be making a decision in the future, which may take up to a year). SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M.
