@OC_Transpo@OCTranspoLive I guess it must be hard to keep up considering how many cancellations there are! No show buses on the way to work and the way home, constantly. No bus, no notice - really love wondering how I'm going to get where I need to be.
Gosh darn this notification was so useful, sent eight minutes after the bus was scheduled! You're killing it @OC_Transpo, a beacon of reliability and customer service every day ✨
@caitlinteed Yes, it is - but you need to ensure your boarding pass has PreCheck on it (provide Nexus when you check in for flight). It also gives you access to Global Entry for customs in the United States. American airport staff don't know anything about Nexus in my experience.
Classic @ONThealth, always looking out for the immunocompromised population! I'm allegedly eligible for the bivalent booster now, but this booking system has always left me to hunt for a shot on my own.
Downtown Ottawa has been a terrible place to be this weekend. I’m trying to focus on the people doing good in my community, like Community Veterinary Outreach. I donated to them last night to offset my anger at incessant honking, etc. They do amazing work: https://t.co/knsv1TRGeE
@ereps@VaxHuntersCan Yep! It wasn’t possible to book through provincial site, and staff answering the phone didn’t have any info and couldn’t book because the system was set up for three doses. Thankful my pharmacist looks out for me and I was able to book without issue.
@VaxHuntersCan I know it’s pointless to point this out at this point. But to see vulnerable groups consistently falling through the cracks throughout this pandemic is just so disappointing.
@VaxHuntersCan This has been the case since mid-December when boosters became available for all - it was in the provincial guidance. It just wasn’t publicized at all - leaving so many medically vulnerable people at risk.
@ONThealth@ONgov@SeniorsON@IndigenousON Immunosuppressed people who received 3 doses in primary series are eligible for boosters according to provincial guidance, but can’t book through provincial site. Staff answering phone say system is only set up for 3 doses. Please fix this - medically vulnerable people at risk.
