We spoke with @koenbok (CEO) and @jornvandijk (Founder) on the future of the web:

“The dot com is still one of the most durable assets out there. The web as a way to present your brand and build equity isn’t going anywhere.”

What changes, they argue, is the experience: “Websites have only gotten more boring over the last 10 years. Browsers can already do so much more: 3D, video, richer interaction. With better tools, we can make the web cool again.”

Today, 99% of professional sites still get built in code, while all personal sites get built in visual builders.

This will now start to shift really fast. Webflow saw it first, but now everyone can feel it.

I think the web will look a lot more creative again soon.
