@raleighncsports @CuseWRowing @raleighparks Almost 37 years after our 1987 US Olympic Festival and North Carolina Amateur Sports (@CycleNC) donated complete Rowing and Canoe/Kayak courses at Lake Wheeler to the City of Raleigh, it is great to see the return of major rowing events to the lake!

Competition dates for 2029 @FISU World University Games @WUG2029 were formally announced yesterday & posted on the Games website: WED, JULY 11 to SUN, JULY 22, 2029. Mark your calendars! The dates were approved earlier this month by the FISU Executive Committee (photo below).

The most-visited attraction during World University Games ⁦@Chengdu2021⁩ - the famous Panda Research Center. The only natural habitat for Giant Pandas in the world is the region around Chengdu. Everyone’s favorites at the Center are the baby Giant Pandas. ⁦@WUG2029⁩
