if I’m not knitting, cooking, or traveling, I follow elections. Former BoCo Clerk, currently working with state and local election officials with @voteathome
America’s first Indigenous Cabinet member, U.S. Secretary of the Interior @SecDebHaaland steps into her historic role with pragmatism, empathy, and the spiritual guidance of her ancestors. https://t.co/m2n0kQvDYq
@HighTurnout This painting was used in a CERA class to talk about election “activities” Discussion & picture stuck with me Always wanted to know info of picture thanks for sharing it
So glad @votinggeek, audit expert Jennifer Morrell was there and is setting the record straight. Anyone have any idea where the “average” voter is on all of this?
From a true expert & leader @votinggeek re: #AZAudit: “Now a group with no expertise, improvising procedures as they go, is sowing doubt about the outcome of a well-run election. This is not an audit, and I don’t see how this can have a good outcome.”
Instead, it took a court order to get SOS observers inside the Coliseum for this so-called audit. I am beyond grateful that Ryan Macias, @votinggeek & @lizlhoward are sharing their expertise with our office so Arizonans will know what is happening to their ballots. 2/2
@hill_charlotte@SZKulesa Be great to see if it adding a stamp impacts younger voters. Could compare University or WA (prepaid) with University of CO. Both campuses get mailed a ballot. Seems like accessible drop boxes with campus voting centers have a bigger impact. Be great to see what data says
@LisaMarra So true @LisaMarra - I do not know anyone that thought they would be responsible for their communities elections when they were young. I sure didn’t see it coming and am so grateful to have been elected. I now want to know how everyone that runs elections got into the profession
@TMODOM Congratulations- I was lucky to have been at workshop that you lead at a mindful conference a few years back. Your work and the workshop have had a lasting impression.
