My son plays football @ChelseaFC & today leaving training he spotted a distressed lady in a fast flowing river near the training ground & told me turn around. I rescued her from the water & he helped me keep warm until we got assistance from @SurreyPolice he is my little Hero ❤️

Another Flood team deployment today with the area 9 team into Dorset. Colleagues from other areas have also mobilised from further around the coast supporting @DWFireRescue & partner agencies during #StormCiaran #oneteam #floodrescue @hillheadcg

Finally home after Flood Rescue deployment to Scotland for #StormBabet with the Area 9 flood team. Lots of excellent work done putting our technical specialists skills in use working alongside our colleagues from across the Uk. 5 days away & 1500+ miles covered. #oneteam

@ChelseaFCW My girls hero is @frankirby she inspired her to start playing football 2 years ago and never misses a match or training. Also led to me spending more time at kings meadow than Stamford bridge. When I’m not on duty with the emergency services we watch the Women’s team play 🥰

On Duty for Xmas & as is the tradition every year my kids have visited base with Cake for the duty Flight Crew. The Future crew already have plans with my boy wanting to be a winchman & daughter is going to be pilot apparently. I hope everyone has a safe Christmas & it’s Q for us
