BREAKING: Republican House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy gives his WORST defense yet of Trump’s theft of top secret documents.

When a reporter asked him today if it’s a “good look” for Trump to have boxes in a bathroom,” McCarthy’s responded by telling the reporter that, “A bathroom door locks.”

Democratic Congressman Jamie Raskin immediately responded to Kevin McCarthy, laughing and telling CNN, “Well, that’s the first that I have ever seen that particular defense, but is he suggesting that these boxes of classified documents got up and locked the door after people left the bathroom? 🚨🚨🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: Marjorie Taylor Greene appears to have leaked confidential government information on Fox News, says national security law expert Mark Zaid.

In an appearance on Laura Ingraham’s show last night, Marjorie Taylor Greene claimed that she had finished reviewing a confidential Treasury Report detailing alleged "crimes" involving President Biden and his son.

Greene admitted the document she read was inside a SCIF ― a sensitive compartmented information facility. Greene said the document was “unclassified,” but a SCIF is typically used only for very sensitive information. Lawmakers generally must check all electronic devices before entering, and cannot take notes while inside.

Greene not only said she took notes, but she SHOWED them on air.

She also has gone into specifics, giving details of what she saw within the report that has not been made public. If her claims are accurate, legal experts say this could constitute leaking government secrets, which is actually a felony offense.

Enough is enough. We are now being desensitized to congressional lawlessness.

If Marjorie Taylor Greene leaked information, We need CONSEQUENCES.

She should be expelled.

BREAKING: Donald Trump melts down after E. Jean Caroll announces that she is amending her successful defamation lawsuit to seek at least another $10 million in damages due to the smears he lobbed at her during his CNN interview.

Trump took to Truth Social and insisted that he doesn't know Caroll and "never met her or touched her" except once "on a celebrity line with her African American husband."

"I wouldn't want to know or touch her," said Trump. He insisted that he "never abused her or raped her" and it's a "Fake, Made Up Story, that she wrote in a book."

"IT NEVER HAPPENED, IS A TOTAL SCAM, UNFAIR TRIAL!" screeched Trump.

In another deranged post, he falsely claimed that the "Carroll case" is part of the "Democrats playbook to tarnish my name and person" and is "being funded and tried by Democrat operatives."

Of course, Trump did sexually abuse her, and that's why she was awarded $5 million in damages in court.

By repeating the exact attacks that cost him the original case, Trump has set himself up for another defeat. This is cut and dry. He has defamed her again, and he must be forced to pay the price.

🚨🚨🚨BREAKING: A bipartisan bill has been introduced that would block members of Congress from getting paid if the U.S. enters debt default or if the government shuts down.

The No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), would withhold lawmakers' pay for the duration of a debt limit breach or lapse in federal funding, an attempt to motivate legislators to prevent either situation.

The bill comes amid growing fears that Republicans will not agree to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Treasury Department to raise the debt limit and risk a catastrophic default on U.S. obligations.

“Lawmakers should not be rewarded with our salaries until we do our jobs," Spanberger said.

Today Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene called for more mental hospitals and drug rehab centers to be funded by the federal and state governments.

I find it a bit strange that she’s making these calls after being just one of 20 members of Congress who voted against the bipartisan ‘Restoring Hope for Mental Health and Well-Being Act’ that would bolster access to crisis care, provide millions of dollars in grants for community mental health services, and reauthorize making high-quality housing and services available that would be dedicated to substance abuse recovery.

The bill passed the House 402 - 20 and MTG was one who voted against it.

Why?
