All claims for damages made by the side of cha gawon from haknyeon has been dismissed due to lack of legal validity.

cgw demanded they be paid 8 billion krw in damages consisting of the 1.5 billion in signing fee, 5.1 billion for breach of contract and 1.6 billion in expected profit.

this claim has been dismissed so haknyeon doesnt need to pay it and all the side of cgw also has to pay for all the litigation costs incurred.
