If y’all don’t see us for a while, just know it’s because keeping a newborn healthy during a pandemic is the most brutally terrifying/stressful thing I have ever been tasked with. She can leave the house when shes older..maybe..
Most infuriating part of this pandemic imo? The lack of shits that drs give about their patients. The last 9 months have been nothing short of a CIRCUS going to my pregnancy checkups. 36 weeks & I’m still having to tell them what’s going on every appointment and why I’m there.
If anyone has any advice on how to explain to my 3 y/o niece that while everyone else is visiting her new HIGHLY AWAITED baby cousin in the hospital she has to stay home and wait, I’m all ears, because my heart is breaking just thinking about it 😭 #stupidcovid
Verizon had better hope I don’t go in to labor while my useless phone we pay a $220/month bill for is spazzing out and I can’t call or text anyone. And my 6 month old iPhone 12 won’t hold a charge half a day???? Why doesn’t anyone want to do their job these days 🤬🤬🤬
I just had to make 8 different phone calls to 5 different people/offices in the last hour because of insurance issues I should have been made aware of at the beginning of JUNE. Lord forbid someone out there do their job right 🙄 I’m so over every single bit of this pregnancy.
I’m done trying to help stupid ignorant people who won’t get their head out of their ass long enough to listen to advice 🙄 you don’t want a damn solution you just want to complain. BYE.
Those hitting me up a month before my due date to try to get me to buy in to whatever they are selling obviously have no idea how financially draining preparing for a child is 🥴 the $200 you think is a good deal on your starter kit is NOT IT. #WeAreBROKE#NOthanks
I’m damn sick of everyone around me expecting us to sacrifice our time for THEM when WE ARE THE ONES RUNNING OUT OF TIME BEFORE OUR DAUGHTER GETS HERE. If one more person asks me to do something for them on a weekend between now and her arrival I’ll probably go off.
I pet Íppos. He is 3 years old and deaf. He lived in shelters and foster homes for a long time before finding his caregiver. They use sign language to communicate with him. To get his attention, they gently tap his bottom.
Honestly if Auntie Anne’s ditched being in malls and started drive thru’s, I would be there every damn day. Who wouldn’t love a drive through with hot pretzels??
