Virtual communication tools have improved our ability to connect, but they may fall short of capturing the nuance and context of complex conversations. Face-to-face conversations allow for real-time feedback and responses.

Benefits packages, while many are great to have and can set other organizations apart from others, are not the key to fixing employee engagement. There's so much more to it than a pay raise, unlimited PTO, medical insurance, and retirement plans. We have to go beyond the basics.
Huge accomplishment! It's our goal at @laudio4burnout to continue to improve #NurseEngagement and #Turnover rate while also helping to save hospital organizations and other #healthcare organizations money.
