Yes: UAE, Costa Rica, Europe. Mainly for businesses that can be run remotely. They are also exploring locations in Eastern Europe and Asia to handle operations and back office support. Not much options for brick and mortar owners who have to serve clients in-person on a daily basis.

Same issue here. Emails sent, only response is that it’s being worked on. Asked for further update, no response. The Brass appeal was that we wouldn’t be having these issues, and if it does happen, prompt resolution and clarity on what’s holding things down. But that’s not happening.
