@MartinSLewis I missed claiming back my additional 3% duty by a couple of weeks, I understand HMRC now allow 12 months to claim as it has caused so many problems, I’m still struggling to get the approximate £8000 back, any advice? #MartinLewis

@MartinSLewis Sorry, an additional property and sold it within 36 months, apparently they gave you 3 Months to claim, I missed this deadline by a few weeks so they said I could not claim it back, I have now been informed they have changed this to 12 months because of complaints #MartinLewis
