@PDN_Kat @clinedFHFT So true! I can’t bear it when MFFD gets written in the notes! Just because a patient is medically stable to be discharged that doesn’t mean they are socially or rehab stable to discharge! Our medical colleagues are great but a MDT is made of many of us that aren’t medics!
