My dad led an organization of over 300,000 employees.
When I took on my biggest marketing & events team to date (35 employees) I asked him how the *heck* he did it. Here's what he said and what helped me every day. 🧵
Just got a call that my mechanic had a stroke. It can happen to anyone.
Here are some ways to prevent a stroke:
1. Monitor your blood pressure
2. Control your cholesterol
3. Control your blood sugar
4. Exercise
5. Eat healthy
6. Lose unhealthy weight
7. Don’t smoke

Hello @CNN@CP24 @AlJazeera_World @BBCWorld,
There is severe repression at Lekki Toll Gate (Lagos, Nigeria), security forces cut CCTV cameras, turned off lights, and opened fire on peaceful #EndSARS protesters waving the Nigerian flags!! Many injured and some dead!!!

KDSG has announced extraordinary preventive measures against coronavirus: Civil servants from Level 12 and below are to stay at home for the next 30 days, except for those on essential service; only sellers of food & medicines can open their shops in the markets from tomorrow
The usual excuse for this practice is "Ah, the baby is cold, rub it on its chest"
If the temperature around is cold, you can wrap the baby in an extra layer of clothing. Take care not to wrap in too much clothing as this may raise its temperature.
Be guided.
It's cold weather now, some mothers and grandmothers will use mentholatum or robb and put on new babies to help them feel warm
Please STOP. This can break down blood cells and cause bilirubin to be released. Excess bilirubin can damage the baby's brain
Please RT to save a life
