I ordered a food supplement for my mom on 28th Jan. Since then, delivery keeps getting rescheduled. Today it says “customer not reachable” - but received NO calls. Support keeps saying “we’re looking into it.”

@1mgOfficial After so many communication and commitment from @1mgOfficial that we will deliver it by today. The app is now showing the item will be delivered on 6th February which is order on 28th January and supposed to be delivered on 30th January. #ConsumerRights@TataCompanies
