No wonder, @IndiGo6E is increasing its profits. They are not utilising air conditioning during flight as well. 6E 651 from BOM to Del, and the cabin was not cooling for 80% of the journey. Pathetic experience!!!!

@agodaindia Please cancel two reservations and refund the entire amount as the selected property does not have electricity due to a burnt panel and the hotel team asked to raise a refund request through the booking partner

@agodaindia You guys are just wasting time. When the property does not have electricity, do you expect guests to stay there??? The hotel team themselves mentioned to have the cancellation and full refund request raised through Agoda and now you guys reply saying property denied.
@agodaindia I have replied to your customer service mail stating that the hotel does not have electricity and the hotel team asked the guests to raise a cancellation and full refund request through Agoda when they reached there. Kindly do the needful and refund the full amount asap.
