Instead of power outage during the day, why are these long power cuts scheduled at night?. Moreover, DHBVN support channels are useless. No replies to mails & the call lines are always busy.

@AirIndiaX Does the company value the time of its customers? Daily news of delayed or cancelled AIX flights are surfacing yet no improvement is seen. DEL to GOI flight delayed by 1.5 hrs whereas delay information of only 30 min was given. Utterly irresponsible behaviour.

@rpodelhi As per passport seva website, employer certificate on company letter head from a reputed public limited company is a valid document for address proof. Then letter from a private company which is public limited company not acceptable as address proof in PSKs??
