Had a really bad experience with the Uber app. A system glitch showed a negative balance when ending my next trip, and I was forced to pay additional ₹3,135 in cash to the driver just to complete it.
I’ve been waiting for a refund since 29th Jan. @UberINSupport

GTPL Broadband Service not working at Diva Road, Ankleshwar since 29th May 2024. I have called more than 5 times to the customer care and submitted complaint as well.

Only response: we have a technical issue in your area and we are working on it.
