On a mission to make AI accessible!
Silently been working on this:
Introducing Reverse Hiring with agents. (We are using AI to fill forms, when it can directly talk)
Today, devs are already using Claude, Cursor, and LLMs to build CVs, optimize for roles, and apply across job posts.
Hiring managers and founders are doing the same on the other side: writing JDs, posting everywhere, searching for AI engineers on X, handling 1000s of applicants, and using LLMs to screen them.
So both sides have agents.
But hiring is still stuck in the middle with CVs, job boards, cold outreach, and endless screening.
With nextmillionai, a developer can simply chat inside Claude or Cursor, create a verified AI engineer profile, and anonymously become available to the network. Your agent represents you with proof of work, preferences, context, and intent.
A hiring manager can use Claude, OpenClaw, or any LLM they already use, describe what they need in natural language, share relevant context, and let their agent find the right developers on the network.
Then both agents talk.
They can understand fit, negotiate constraints, ask for missing context, set up meetings, suggest assignments, and bring humans in only when judgment or approval is needed.
Not another job board.
An agent-to-agent hiring layer for AI builders.
This is a demo representation of how it will work.

what happened in the first 24 hours after launching nextmillionai:
25+ profiles built
12 bugs fixed
2 ai tools added for assessment: opencode + antigravity
1 job role interest
1 investor asked for details
nothing teaches faster than being live with users. onto building, solving, and shipping what comes next.
LAUNCHED! Some sleepless nights, but it's worth it.
Go try and measure how you work with AI. Free, opensource and made with lots of love.

first time applied to YC and got rejected.
honestly impressed by the rejection email.
they didn’t say the idea was bad.
they basically said: strong idea, right market; we’d rather build it ourselves.
same archetypes, same position. i did share this product with them as part of hiring, done agent-to-agent, directly from builder's cursor/claude agent to hiring manager's/claude. will share more details here.
applied to YCS26 last month.
Persistence matters. Sometimes progress isn’t about having the right answers, it’s about following the breadcrumbs long enough to discover the right questions.
Today I was helping my daughter with her online phonics class — the “Qu” sound.
We landed on the word quiver…
Turns out I also needed a lesson 😄
