As of now, two people are confirmed to have been killed in Kyiv in last night's Russian missile strike. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Five people have been injured, including a child. The Russians have damaged a residential high-rise, warehouse facilities, and vehicles. Russian strikes on the Kharkiv region have left four people injured. The region was attacked with drones and a guided aerial bomb. Ordinary homes and entirely civilian sites have been damaged, including a movie theater and tennis courts. In Sumy, a public park was struck, and in the region, a tractor brigade was targeted. Apartment buildings were damaged in Zaporizhzhia. Damage has been reported at power grid facilities in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Mykolaiv, and Donetsk regions.

In total, the Russians launched 13 missiles, including eight ballistic ones, and 151 drones. This was already the sixth ballistic attack on Kyiv in July alone. Moscow is counting on ballistic terror and continues its strikes, so it's critical now to speed up deliveries of interceptors for our air defense. Every package matters, and everything we have agreed with our partners must arrive on time. The swiftness of these deliveries helps save our people’s lives and takes the fight out of Russia. Ukrainian naval drones struck two tankers belonging to the Russian shadow fleet in the Black Sea.

The tankers *Louise 1* and *Banda*, which were used to transport Russian oil while bypassing international sanctions, were hit.

The operation was carried out using Mamai-type naval drones, despite attempts by the Russian Air Force to disrupt them.

🔥🔥The Syzran Oil Refinery is on fire following a strike by Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

The refinery is part of the strategically important Samara refining hub, together with the Kuibyshev and Novokuibyshev refineries.

The plant processes between 7 and 8.9 million tonnes of crude oil annually. Preliminary reports indicate that the AVT-5 crude distillation unit - responsible for up to 30% of the refinery’s primary processing capacity - was hit.

Meet russia's torturer in a white coat: Vyacheslav Mykolaiovych Cherdantsev.

He didn't heal. He tortured.

A 48-year-old prison "doctor" at Penal Colony No. 7 in Pakino, he humiliated and abused Ukrainian POWs under the guise of medical examinations.

He drew penises on prisoners' faces with green antiseptic, forced naked men to hug, dance, and simulate sex during so-called medical examinations. He denied treatment for scabies, infected wounds, and broken bones. He beat them, humiliated them, and threatened them with rape.

Dozens of Ukrainian survivors who endured this hell independently identified him. Many were left psychologically shattered. One 23-year-old Ukrainian Marine died by suicide after enduring the abuse.

This is not a doctor. This is a sadist. This is a war criminal.

The investigative journalists at Skhemy identified him and revealed his face.

Cherdantsev belongs in the dock, alongside the entire system that enabled and protected him.

The world knows his face. Now he must answer for his crimes.
