The evil of 1914, World War I, had brought misery to people. In 1920, Woodrow Wilson's proposal about the vision of world peace was established, the League of Nations, the predecessor of what we know today as the United Nations.

Formed in 1945 after the devastating Second World War, the United Nations main responsibility is to maintain world peace. Until today, the United Nations has 193 members, and the current secretary-general of the UN is António Guterres.

Batik. One of Indonesia’s possessions that have been recognized as Intangible Heritage for Humanity by UNESCO. It was started as a side activity for fun only in the 17th century to become a national icon and pride for the country.

October 1st is the day to commemorate the turning point of the re-actualization of Pancasila as the basis of the nation's ideology. The day when Pancasila was considered as the irreplaceable foundation of the state.
