2/ different background for gaps between event titles on the same plane to create clearer, continuous separation. Events stay sticky, each plane scrolls independently only when necessary, and far left/right scroll shows roughly the same number of events across planes.

1/ Colorblind-friendly Calendar DayView, spacious so not reliant on color boundaries between events. Horizontal scroll is perceived as tradeoff, events near the edges easily missed. Mitigations:
