The definition of DEX has truly evolved over the years.

2021: Matching is executed and validated on a globally distributed network.

2025: Deposit tokens on Solana, Arbitrum, or BSC, and the exchange will record it in a SQL table. Matching happens in ap-northeast-1.

For the first time, crypto is legally recognized in 🇻🇳 & the gov has a mandate to regulate it.

This is HUGE for founders, devs & investors who can begin planning or expanding crypto biz with more certainty

HOWEVER, regulators have until Jan 1, 2026 to define things like who can issue, trade, custody, or manage crypto, get licenses, handle AML, cybersecurity & of courses taxes.
