You might see ads for @TailorBrands as a simple way to help you start an LLC. DO NOT USE THEM. It's a scam. They'll charge you $199US for an "LLC Essentials" package that renews yearly, on top of your state filing fees.

@MKBHD I get the concerns, but generally the questions are asked by people with little to no knowledge of technology who are then charged with making broad reaching decisions about it. All of it seems very short sighted.
