2/ Think about it: Tribals get protection ONLY if they live on ancestral land—it's tied to geography & culture. But SC/OBC? They get lifelong perks no matter where they are, even if they're driving BMWs. Is this "equality" or just vote-bank? Why reward caste over actual need?
