@TheOfficialSBI My father, Ram Prakash Saink, visited SBI Lakheri on 14th November to resolve an issue related to his debit card (message verification on card expiry). During the visit, an SBI employee, Sakshi, took his phone and sent a message "GIYES" to 7400020202 without informing him.
