biggest takeaway for me:

features are getting cheaper.

distribution, proprietary data and real workflows are not.

that’s probably where the real moat is now.

this sounds so obvious but “just show up” is insanely underrated.

school gets easier when you actually show up.
work gets easier when people can rely on you.
hard conversations get easier when you don’t disappear.

even when you mess something up:
just showing up and trying to fix it already puts you ahead of most people.
