Wayfair, you need to do better. Your shipping is AWFUL. Your website states when to receive items by so you order those items based on the delivery date. You very rarely meet the date. It’s extremely frustrating! Publish accurate, true delivery dates on your website.

@HomeDepot Poor experience with Home Depot appliance delivery today. Delivery was was scheduled & didn’t happen because driver couldn’t leave a voicemail or text to say OTW. How does this happen in the world of visual VM?? Now we have to reschedule & take more time off from work.
