now I contact the beneficiary bank(SBI) and was told that we have received any kind of charge back dispute and the manager asked for charge back complaint number @Bank_on_Fi @FiCares @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd

The first reply I got from SBI is to contact the registered bank. The reply I got from Fi Money is that they have raised the charge back and to wait for 5 working days after continuously contacting them for 10 hours. @Bank_on_Fi @FiCares @FederalBankHelp @FederalBankLtd

I immediately raised this issue with the Fi Money and SBI customer care support teams respectively. @Bank_on_Fi @FiCares @FederalBankHelp @federalreserve @FederalBankLtd

This utter nonsense I lost my money through your card and your agent assured me of a call back and update before 28th April, but I didn't receive the call back till now.
They keep disconnecting the calls what the hell is happening.
