Problem with the E-proceedings tab on income Tax Portal.

The Assessment is completed and assessment order is passed on 19.12.2023 but unable to check the same as file uploaded is corrupted and of 0 kb. Have raised grievance but not response received.

@IndiaPostOffice Thanks for quick response. Issue has been resolved and item is delivered now. But we faced trouble as status was marked as delivered before the actual delivery.

@IndiaPostOffice needs to start doing OTP based verification for delivery of imp. documents via speed posts such as passport and other government documents.

Just faced a trouble of Status showing delivered whereas the item was not yet recd on the recipient address.

It seems like X's platform is the official communication portal for Indian govt authorities/dept.

Queries posted here are getting quicker resolution by official X's accounts of the govt. Auth./Dept rather than emails/calls to the official helpdesk/grievance portals.

It's been 3 days, still no update on dispatch of passport. The passport is required urgently. Already more than 2 and half months have passed since the passport application is made.

We have applied for passport on 04.08.23. Police verification done on 19.09.23. But still no update on passport application.Status shown as under processing at rpo. Passport processing is taking more than 2-3 months in India.
