@airindia At least have the ground staff come talk to us and update us? We are just moving from one gate to another without any update or basic amenities!

It’s been over 12 hours since we are stranded at Denmark airport and we still have no update about our cancelled flight/other arrangements?? Did not expect this extent of utter apathy from @airindia @SAS @PMOIndia @denmarkdotdk

@airindia That’s my point - there is no one here addressing our issue. The 30 of us who can’t cross the immigration line (most are senior citizens) are stranded without any help and clarity at all!!

@airindia @IndianDenmark you are already aware of the mess your canceled flight AI0158 has caused to everyone. A bunch of us with expired visas are literally stranded at the airport with no one to help or contact us! Can you please send your ground staff to talk to us?
