Grok is amazing at meal planning.
Pull the local weekly deals, cross-reference my Drive recipes, filter for protein variety, spit out dinners + a shopping list. Chat to refine. Crazy that we can just build tools like this.
X team, if non premium/premium+ users ask @grok a question, can p/p+ users at least get to see the response? It’s silly for us to have to ask the same question! @elonmusk
Remember the difference between “Fine Art” and “Art.”
Art is a work of intent that balances the ethical and the aesthetic. All art has some level of meaning (the “ethical”) and some level of aesthetic. Political art typically has low aesthetic but high ethical, whereas photorealistic painting typically has low ethical and high aesthetic. Obviously, the interpretation of these two concepts is subjective, but they both must exist on some level.
Many things can be art: a chair, a texture map, a building. Art’s primary function does not need to be art.
Fine art is art for art’s sake: a painting, a sculpture.
I agree that the “intent” part of my definition is where some AI art may not qualify, because some of it was not created with intention. But AI-generated art absolutely can be intentional, aesthetically valid, and have meaning. It can be debatable if AI-generated art can be considered fine art, but in my mind, it can be considered art.
@pcgamer Who decides what is “egregious” use of AI, what is valid for being “called out” on, and who decides if video games are “interesting?”
PC Gamer, you’ve had a powerful voice in games for decades; please reconsider joining the witch hunt.
While I like the native system it is a chore to browse an Apple Music library. You have to page next and page previous, with those two buttons at the BOTTOM of the list. So if I want to go to artists that start with S, I have to scroll, page next, scroll, page next many, many times.
Tesla needs to tweak library exploration.
@SawyerMerritt@Tesla Question about destinations: Suppose I need to pick up kids from school and the car needs to be in a carpool line. Is there a way for FSD14 to know that’s your intention rather than parking somewhere?
@_3Leon I put a slight camera roll on strafing in @PaladinsGame but be careful — too much movement will cause motion sickness among a cohort of your playerbase. If you keep this rotational movement, consider a multiplier accessibility setting.
@Adamjcmyhill Great stuff! Does BEC support dynamic hole punching (camera-aware transparency) on environmental meshes to dynamically render semitransparent “holes” or cutaways?
@Rurikhan Gaming companies often do this to prevent patent trolls from doing the same and then conducting frivolous lawsuits against prominent companies.

Our latest game, Deadzone Rogue has been released on Steam. We worked tirelessly on getting this experience tuned for fun single player and co-op mechanics. Give it a go!

@ID_AA_Carmack@rubyrangerr As a game developer, I don’t think it spits on my work. First thing that came to mind was how @ID_AA_Carmack emulated the scrolling technology of SMB3 on PC, opening the doors for a new era of technical advancement for PC gaming.
@HueLights How can I contact you for support? The “Contact Us” option does not function in the app. I’m having a problem with lights coming on sequentially. I have repro steps on the bug. It is not because of being stored locally rather than the bridge.
