$GME @ryancohen
950% short selling imbalance (On + Off market)
$GME is the most shorted mid~large cap in the history of the stock market.
So big it has to be actively "managed".
950%. 2.9 Billion shares.
For comparison, $TSLA has never had more than 300% short selling imbalance.
Btw I think this volume analysis seriously calls into question the prevailing narrative that this price movement is primarily a result of @TheRoaringKitty meme tweets. Something else is going on here. Options markets and LEAP theories are compelling.

Seeing some really high instantaneous levels of off-exchange trading in $GME - this isn't an average, it's just for the period I'm watching, but it's extremely high.
BREAKING NEWS: According to The Options Clearing Corporation, @OptionsClearing, over 1.5 billion shares of GameStop $GME are now on loan. Roughly 5x the float of the stock.
Yesterday there was a massive volume candle at 8am. Today $GME's price spiked to around $64 overnight, and has since been pushed down hard to $41 on almost no volume. Today has been very different from previous pre-market action - very little volume moving the stock a lot.
To Apes, MMTLP shareholders, Superstonk, @WallStreetBets, and all others fighting illegal short selling and market manipulation, I’ve recently been attacked by Forbes in an article titled “The Loony Conspiracy Theory Threatening Wall Street” by Brandon Kochkodin. I was disappointed to observe that the article was, at best, poorly researched and reported and, at worst, designed to intentionally mislead the public.
I’ll be discussing this further tomorrow at 10:00 AM CST. Tune in using this link: https://t.co/oj8SmzVWbP
