@myaccessbank I still haven’t received it up till this moment. It is frustrating and I’m tired of the back and forth! Please do the needful. Other banks doesn’t stress to get signed statements like this

My advice to her is to inform her lover how tired she is - When you're fed up of doing something, simply make it known. You don't need people online to tell you that. She's feeling reluctant because she knows it is not the fair thing to do - she must have benefited so much from the lover and now is her time to prove her loyalty.
