So… $100M+ is available to start ESAs, & likely another $100M to drop the uniform levy rate to $4.90. But the Senate thinks a rate of 2% for SSA is appropriate. NOW the bottom line is a concern? How about an SSA that gets public schools & the 486,000 kids they serve $200M?
