Launch week: Cash OS is $9 instead of $19 through Oct 21.
One Excel file. Log sales in 60 seconds a night and see what you actually kept after Gumroad/Etsy fees, and whether you're on pace for $100/day.
Code LAUNCH9 is already applied at the link below.
@AI_Tangible@BattMatter Nice, the support message as an early signal is a good observation. Worth noting which listings or posts brought that first buyer so you can repeat it.
@aaronlaflinetsy Agreed, checking what buyers actually search for first saves a lot of design time. Tracking which listings turn into sales also tells you what to make more of.
@Truthbomb753866 That sounds frustrating. Worth checking your shop stats to see whether views dropped or conversion did, since the fix is different for each.

@biskyowo@gumroad Congrats on 100 sales, that is a real milestone! A free freebie for the community is a nice move too, it usually brings people back to the shop.
@papyrus_dev Congrats on the first one! Once a few more come in, jot down each sale next to what it took to get it (time, where the buyer came from), so you can see which workflow is actually worth repeating.
@BitglowAssets Digital badges are nice since there's no shipping cost. Just check the discounted price still leaves room after the 6.5% transaction fee and processing.
@TheCelinaPelina Stickers are a good add-on. Offering a multi-sticker bundle helps since Etsy's ~$0.25 processing fee is charged per order, so bigger orders keep more.
@hotloserbryan Batching keychains is smart. Work out the materials plus packaging cost per keychain first so you can price with room left after Etsy's fees.
@evclvelrh Etsy's fees do add up (about 6.5% transaction plus ~3% + $0.25 processing). Other options usually cost something too, plus you lose Etsy's built-in search traffic, so compare what you keep per sale.
@erinlee1971@monkeybrls Shipping and insurance are the sneaky margin killers on small pieces. Pricing each one with its real postage in mind (or charging shipping by weight) keeps the math honest.
@Nefarious_Trey@CaminoArcher@poteto 18 products for small businesses is a solid base. One thing that helps at that volume is tracking net per product after Gumroad's 10% + $0.50 per sale, since small price points feel the flat $0.50 the most.
@fengfengnew20 Useful catch. Since Gumroad search is literal, putting both phrasing variants in the title or description (like template and planner) is a cheap fix while the rankings stay what they are.
@harywong168 Good question to ask. On a $30 Etsy sale the fees alone are roughly $0.20 listing, 6.5% transaction (about $1.95) and about 3% + $0.25 processing (about $1.15), so around $3.30 before supplies and time.
@SappyYT@MADK1D52 If the page itself didn't change, I'd check Gumroad analytics by referrer first. A shift toward colder traffic (a different platform or a viral post) can pull conversion down a lot even when total views look the same.
