@fireroka @GloriousPCGR nah.
satisfaction75 and cyberboard are targeted at different consumer groups. those are more for the high end collector freaks.
this right here is a nice option for the more standard keyboard people that don't want to throw $500 at a keyboard
@NPonte @Jammy324 @elthesensai @dorcusmafia@OnePlus_USA@CBP@CBPNewYorkCity you can not patent a basic design scheme that is dictated by the function.
how else would you design fully wireless earphones.
@Unexpected70 @acute_gay @GloriousPCGR so far we only know that they changed the stem. how they changed it is completely unclear and it might even just be a T1 stem which wouldn't be anything new at all (given that the switches are most likely manufactured by JWK/Durock).
Nobody knows if the changes are an improvement
@splashybus @GloriousPCGR they are 3pin mount so they should fit the GMMK.
But you won't really see the RGB anymore because the switches are not transparent. They are opaque white.
@Brandonbbreuer @samlee904 @GloriousPCGR Trademarking it would mean that nobody else would be legally allowed to use that name any longer.
Thus preventing other companies from selling their switches as Holy Pandas.
Like Drop or Deskhero (and some other smaller companies)
@KennySoloGaming @Bqckword @GloriousPCGR "feel entitled" to not have some company trademark a name for a product that this community created. that would not exist without this community.
Without these "nerds" the GMMK would probably not even exist.
@PolarsRage @GloriousPCGR saying that the keyboard market should be scared kinda implies that this lube would become some kind of new standard replacing other existing options ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
