@FlixBus most inhumane service. In spite of valid ticket driver refused passenger to board as one of the bag he thought was not as per criteria and he does not have the card machine to accept the payment for that bag. Demanded only cash. No response to formal complaint. Shame.

@chalobus is a big advertisement No Service. Waited for 1 and half hour at Terminal 2 Mumbai for the bus. No bus, no person, no information. Only one standee. Waste of time with added frustration.

I was shocked to receive a SCN for penalty for the same AY for which I have received closure certificate under DTVSV Act 2020 which granted immunity from penalty and the time given for reply is 50-55 hrs.

Own vehicles not allowed but busses and distance between bus stop and attraction places are not at all wheel chair friendly. Can run low level wide door electrical busses making it easy for old and disabled #statueofunity #gujratcm #gujratgov #PMOIndia
