@OldNavy Your new credit card partner @Barclays is a mess. @Barclays is putting random charge ($2/mnth) on my unused old navy card. Multiple calls led to only assurances but no fix. Today the rep couldn't understand the issue, refused to escalate or give her name/ID and hung up
