⚠️ URGENT WARNING – FRAUD ALERT ⚠️
I purchased a plot from Orris Developers in their Atulyam Project, Sector 83, Gurgaon, back in March 2024. That’s when the nightmare began.
Despite giving us possession and charging service fees, the developer kept delaying the registration with endless excuses. In March 2025, we were told to pay the full registration amount, with the promise that the plot would be registered within a week. It’s been over two months, and nothing has happened.

We paid a hefty ₹6,83,000 (Six lakh eighty-three thousand) for registration and ₹89,000 (Eighty-nine thousand) in service charges. Since then, Mr. Gopal Upadhyay, the assigned SPOC, has done nothing but lie and delay. Every time we follow up, he comes up with a new excuse. Without registration we cannot use the plot but the Orris group keep on charging the service fee.

Today, Mr. Upadhyay shamelessly told us:
“Do whatever you want, we will not do anything.”

This level of arrogance, fraud, and mental harassment is unacceptable. We are now under serious financial and emotional stress because of this developer's unethical behavior.
👉 I strongly urge everyone: Do NOT invest in any real estate project by Orris Group or Orris Infrastructure.
They are unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.
