✨ 巨型吊旗采用双面设计，正面与背面图案不同。

GEMM HOUSE rules in baby terms 🥹🧸

🏠 1. Opening hours

25–28 Aug: 11 AM–9 PM
From 29 Aug: 9 AM–9 PM
You must reserve first during the initial opening period. No walk-ins.
Reservations open Friday, 21 Aug 2026 at 2 PM.

🎟️ 2. Reservation

Reserve through the GEMM HOUSE website.
You get a 90-minute session.
Reservation fee = 100 THB per person.
Maximum 4 people per reservation.
You can book up to 30 days ahead.
The 100 THB is basically a food/drink discount, not an extra fee you get back.
You need to arrive within 10 minutes of your booking time.
If you’re too late / don’t show up → you lose the reservation fee.
You can change your date/time, but tell them at least 48 hours beforehand.

🪪 3. VERY IMPORTANT: Who has to show ID?

Only the person who made the reservation needs to be there and show their original passport or Thai national ID.

So if:

You booked for 4 people 👤👤👤👤
Only you need to show your ID.
Your 3 friends don’t need to show ID.

The reservation cannot be transferred to someone else and you can’t sell it.

🪑 4. Seating

You cannot choose your own table/seat.

Staff will decide where you sit based on:

how many people are in your group
available tables/space

And don’t move tables or chairs yourself.

🍰 5. Food & drinks

Once you sit down:

You get a QR code + pager.
Scan QR → order food/drinks.
You have 15 minutes to place your first order.
When your pager rings → go collect your food.
Pay → return the pager.

Your 100 THB/person reservation fee can only be used as a discount on your first order.

Example:

2 people = 200 THB reservation discount
First order = 350 THB
You pay 150 THB.

If your first order is only 150 THB, you cannot save the remaining 50 THB for your next order.

➕ 6. Want more food?

You can order again, but you have to:
Order → get pager → wait → pay → collect food → return pager

You can keep ordering until 20 minutes before your 90-minute session ends.

⚠️ Ordering more food does NOT give you extra time.

⏰ 7. Your 90 minutes is STRICT

Your 90 minutes starts when the food-ordering QR code is issued.

After 90 minutes:
👉 you need to leave your table.

Even if:

you’re waiting for food
you’re waiting for a pager
you just placed another order

No extension. 🥲

🎁 8. Free merch/gifts

Some menu items may come with a free souvenir.

You can’t choose the random design.
You can’t exchange it for another design.
Some merch/food may sell out.

🚫 9. Don’t do these

Inside GEMM HOUSE:

❌ No outside food/drinks
❌ No pets
❌ No smoking/vaping
❌ No large suitcases/luggage
❌ Don’t make lots of noise
❌ Don’t block walkways
❌ Don’t touch/remove decorations or store property
❌ Don’t use the place to sell things/business
❌ Don’t harass staff or other customers

Basically: behave nicely and don’t disturb people. 😭

📸 10. Taking photos/videos

Good news: personal photos/videos are allowed! 📸

But:

Don’t disturb other customers.
Don’t block staff/operations.
Commercial filming/live streaming requires permission.
No tripods, studio lights, or external flashes.

🛍️ 11. Buying GMMTV merch

The GMMTV SHOP is separate from GEMM HOUSE café.

If you want to shop:

You need to get a Visitor Card at the lobby.
Bring your passport or Thai ID.
Wait in the SHOP queue.
You can buy merch only in the GMMTV SHOP area.

⚠️ You cannot use your GEMM HOUSE café reservation to enter the SHOP.

And your 100 THB reservation discount cannot be used for merch.

🚗 12. Parking

If your total purchases from:

GEMM HOUSE food/drinks and/or
GMMTV SHOP

reach 300 THB or more in the same day, you can combine receipts and get 2 hours of free parking.
