@1mgOfficial not expected coming from TATA’s. You have to provide Cust care number to raise problems. I am a senior citizen, have had surgery, my medicine finished today. Had ordered through you 10 days in advance. But you didn’t deliver.The delivery guys number switched off.

@1mgOfficial - you take orders collect money but don’t deliver even after 10 days. No Cust support to raise grievance. My order of 17th March yet not delivered. Delivery keeps sending OTP & recording false delivery attempts. How can u sell critical to life products like this ?

@AmazonHelp And that should not hold for spurious products. When one buys the same supplement regularly from you one waits for the earlier package to finish before one opens a new one. You can’t sell spurious products and hide behind a return window ! That’s unethical
