@airtelindia@airtelnews Customer service is a joke for airtel. Automatic messages every 3 hour trying to fool that they are actually working on the issue, no contacts for escalation, useless chatbots and customer care disconnects the call when not able to answer basic queries
@Airtel_Presence I have restarted the router multiple times, and the issue is still not resolved. I doubt there is anyone working 'diligently' on this issue. This is the kind of service provided in a major city like Pune, I wonder how bad the service must be in smaller cities.
@Airtel_Presence Wow, thanks for such a helpful reply. Could you atleast share the engineer's no. working on this. So, when the resolution time again goes from 12.56 pm to 3.56 pm, I can atleast get some honest reply.
