Very sad to hear that D-Day veteran Don Sheppard has passed away. I had the honour of meeting Don at several D-Day events. 💙

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of D-Day veteran Don Sheppard.

After serving in North Africa and Sicily in WW2, Don landed on Juno Beach on 6 June 1944 and spent three months as a despatch rider and driver in Normandy.
